Council urges action on vaccines from province and feds, loc

There will be no new municipal public health restrictions under the State of Local Emergency (SOLE), although the province has limited indoor youth and student activities in the region.
Instead, council decided Tuesday it will continue advocating the provincial and federal governments for more vaccines, and a local approach to fighting rising COVID-19 cases.
