Countdown to downtown clock tower tick-tocks closer
As a very early step in the process, a building permit was filed this week for the “construction of a memorial clock tower” at 521 S. Broadway. The plan is to build the brick tower near the Rochester Fire Department station at the intersection of Sixth Street and South Broadway. The hope is to break ground for the tower in October.
