According to a press release from the Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at 8:47 p.m. on County Road 4 in Clay Township. Initial reports said a motorcycle had struck a deer and two people were badly injured, the release says. Arriving deputies found Hubbard First Response providing lifesaving care to Tim Pearson, 62, and Susan Bristlin, 51, of Park Rapids.
