Cork's 96FM By Emma Mullan (via TikTok/Jean-Francois Bonnet) A couple who rescued a freezing dog who they found lost while hiking the Wicklow Mountains are now facing a possible fine from Gardaí after a member of the public reported them for breaching lockdown restrictions. The couple, Ciara Nolan who are both doctors were reportedly staying at Elbowroom Escape Lodge in Donard, Co. Wicklow who were offering 'mental health breaks' to frontline staff. While on a hike up the Wicklow mountains, they found the dog, named Neesha, who had been lost for two weeks before the pair found her. Neesha was so cold that she was unable to move but the couple wrapped her up in clothes and Jean carried her approximately 10 kilometres, back down the mountain.
