A staff of Colonial War Memorial Hospital was yesterday convicted by the Suva Magistrate Court for breaching curfew restrictions.
Ledua Solevu, 38, had alcohol in his possession when arrested by police along Howell Road during curfew hours.
He appeared before Magistrate Waleen George.
The accused told the court that he was on his way to his mother’s house when he was arrested.
“No one should be loitering after 6pm and everyone should be at home,” Magistrate George told the accused.
