Know your customer You know better than anyone who your customers are and how they operate, so use this knowledge for good. Think through (or better, observe) your customers and see what types of needs they have. Do you have a restaurant that caters for parents distracted by kids? Maybe you need QR codes at the tables for when they have settled in, rather than only at the door where they might be juggling kids and items. Do you have customers who use wheelchairs? Maybe you need QR codes at different height levels. Do you have people who are carrying bags, coats, umbrellas etc? Maybe a place to put items down while they fish their phone from their pocket is needed.
