Onslow County is at 2.6% positive, while the state is at 5.7% positive. Covid-19 vaccinations will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 1 at American Legion Post 265, 146 Broadhurst Road, Jacksonville. Open to all phases/groups. Onslow County is taking requests for vaccinations on the Citizens Phone Bank at 910-989-5027. Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune is officially in Tier 2 of COVID-19 Vaccine distribution. The Pfizer/Bio-N-Tech vaccine is now available for all uniformed personnel, all Department of Defense employees, and all eligible TRICARE beneficiaries ages 16 and older. NMCCL COVID-19 Vaccine Site is accepting walk-ins and appointments. Appointments for first and second doses may be scheduled online: https://informatics-stage.health.mil/lejeuneCOVIDApp/ or by calling the NMCCL Appointment Line at (910) 450-HELP (4357). Reservations for the vaccine are recommended as appointments will take precedence. Vaccines will be given as supplies last. Those who received their first dose elsewhere may receive their second dose at the NMCCL COVID-19 Vaccine Site, but they must have received Pfizer for their first dose.
