The state recorded a total of 3.60 lakh cases. Amongst these 52,000 cases were recorded in the last two weeks of April. Ahmedabad city reported 2,251 new cases. Municipal Commissioner Mukesh Kumar on Tuesday said, “The private hospitals which have been approved as designated Covid-19 hospitals by the AMC has to provide 20% beds under the AMC quota.”
