Ulster County reported on its online dashboard of COVID data that there were 104 positives among the 1,552 test results received Thursday â a rate of 6.7%. The county's total number of active cases, though, rose by only 54, to 1,713. Accounting for the difference were 49 new recoveries and one death, the dashboard showed.
