NEW DELHI: Death registrations in Delhi in June continued to remain high though the second wave had ebbed by then, with more families applying for death certificates for their loved ones.
According to the data of the three municipal corporations in the city, 19,366 death certificates were issued in June 2021 compared to 11,642 in the same month last year.
The total number of death certificates for April, May and June this year has touched the 58,839 mark.
