(WWNY) - A Canton woman is in critical but stable condition following a head-on crash on Route 11 in the town of Potsdam Thursday. State police said 33 year old Amanda Young suffered a compound fracture on her left arm and shattered elbow. She’s hospitalized at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Troopers said her SUV and a Verizon truck driven by 46 year old Robert Stevenson of Syracuse collided head-on on Route 11 near Morgan and Dayton roads, not far from Walmart.
