Cromwell Fire Department chosen for nationwide program aimed at risk reduction FacebookTwitterEmail 2of3 3of3 CROMWELL - The Fire Department has been chosen to take part in a nationwide effort to increase fire prevention and engage in other risk-reduction efforts. The department is one of 250 across the country that has been enlisted to take part in the program, which is sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association. The department’s involvement in the program was announced by Acting Fire Chief Jason J. Brade. “We are thrilled to be participating in this important project and are proud of Fire Inspector Harold Holmes for spearheading it for our department,” Brade said.
