LAHORE: Punjab Chief Secretary Jawwad Rafique Malik said on Sunday that ‘unfair treatment’ meted out to an administrative officer in a Ramazan Bazaar in Sialkot was condemnable. He was apparently referring to Special Assistant Firdaus Ashiq Awan’s reported remarks during a visit to the bazaar earlier in the day over the sale of substandard items. In a statement, the CS said AC Sonia Sadaf and other administrative officers were on the frontline despite the scorching heat and coronavirus pandemic.
