It ishough he has said not safe to meet in session, but it is ok to have the hearing. It does not make sense. It is not safe for the senate to meet in session, it is not safe for the hearings to go over go forward. The idea of having virtual hearings for the highest port in the land for a life appointment that would have an effect on peoples lives makes no sense. A virtual hearing is virtually no hearing at all. You need to be with the witness questionsirect cross and back and forth with them. We all know that the nomination affects Peoples Health care and their protection with , standsting conditions for reserving or eliminating a womans right to choose, stands for keeping workers rights strong, voters write strong, lgbtq rights strong. The safety not only of senators, but of staff who are diligently work diligently on the hill. There is no reason on gods green earth that it should not be delayed other than an effort to rush through an inadequate hearing where people cannot meet fate facetoface. We are demanding today along with many groups that the hearings postponed be postponed. They should be postponed at the hearing level as it is him the senate. We need full transparency. We all know that the president has a cavalier attitude towards covid, towards masks, wards social distancing. It has endangered many people including himself. As this picture shows. To something as vital as this, the health of the president , the health of the people around him, we need to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth, or just the facts.
