[applause] mr. Biden we just voted. Thank you for taking the time to cover it. [indiscernible] that there isis no excuse whatsoever for the looting and the violence, none whatsoever. To be able to protest is totally legitimate, totally reasonable, but i think the looting, as the victims father said, do not do this. It is not what my son you are not helping me. You are hurting me. You are not helping my son. There are things we will have to do to move along. With theow we deal of lethal prospect shooting . That will be part of the commission i set up to determine how we deal with this, but there is no excuse for looting. [indiscernible] mr. Biden yes on both counts. Yes, i have a bill ready, number one. Number two, yes i will work with the republicans. And, yes, i do have a proposal that pertains to how we can improve the Affordable Care act. What i want us to do is add a public option, allowing people to keep their private insurance, if that is what they choose. Making it more affordable to get subsidizing aand more. And fundamentally changing the the cost of medication is. We are going to lower it by a significant amount and i believe we can get help from republicans as well. Why . Mr. Biden i thing we are seeing the reaction of the american people. Acknowledgedident early on that he thought medicare should be able to negotiate drug prices. He hasnt done it. He does not mean it, but there are republicans that do mean it, so im confident we can get it done.
