To organize three hot meals and healthy meals i would underscore we should use federal regional and local resources. But not its only about money and with structure we must build supply routes and get quality product for the kids even in soviet times it was not done of course it will take time but in this region has a three hot meals starting from the first of september 2020 i would urge my colleagues to start the program no longer than first of september so all of those all over the country they could get three hot quality meals.
