The Norwalk Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) Tuesday, january, 3, 2017. While some of its eight programs affected by a hacking incident have gone back online, a company official said Thursday that Applus Technologies continues to work with the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles “to get their program up and running safely and securely as quickly as we can.”
