Mac OSX VPN
The IT HelpDesk is aware of an issue with VPN, where after the latest Cisco AnyConnect update is installed Mac OSX users may not be able to access VPN resources such as TimeSaver, Molly Drives, CRM, Banner, etc. Windows machines do not seem to be affected.
UPDATE: If you are currently affected and unable to utilize VPN, please contact the IT HelpDesk at (866) 447-2869 or through chat at Liberty.edu/HDChat for assistance in resolving this issue.
Wireless Network Connection Issues (4/6)
The IT HelpDesk is aware that some users are unable to connect to the on-campus Liberty-Secure wireless network due to an expired or invalid certificate.
