cwc: Congress top brass deliberates on polls strategy at ext

The Congress party held an extended meeting of its apex decision-making body, the Congress Working Committee (CWC), to discuss strategies for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha polls, as well as ways to strengthen the organization. The party also announced six guarantees for the Telangana assembly elections during a mega rally.
