On Wednesday, Michael McMahon joined forces with the NYPD, Jamie Longo from Community Health Action Staten Island and Assemblymember Michael Reilly (R-South Shore) to clean up an area of the waterfront on Richmond Terrace by Snug Harbor Road. There, they found “numerous used needles.”
