Dadhichi Samman Samaroh: KGMU honours the dead 'teacher'

The King George?s Medical University in India honored families who donated their bodies for medical education. The department has received 400 bodies and 4,000 people have pledged their bodies for donation. The event, called 'Dadhichi Samman Samaroh', recognized and honored these donors. The bodies have been used for medical education, and the department receives between 25-30 bodies annually through donation. Several organizations were also recognized for their contribution to body donation.
