Dairy farmer elected as new Tullamore Show chairperson A dairy farmer has been elected as the new chairperson of the Tullamore Show, and a new show secretary has been appointed, following the annual general meeting (AGM) of the Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show last month. History was made, according to the organisation, when Joseph Molloy, a dairy farmer from Leamore, Boora, Co. Offaly, was the unanimous choice of the meeting which took place over Zoom for the first time ever on Tuesday (January 12). According to the organisation behind the famous midlands show, Joe has been a member of the Show Executive committee for several years, and has been involved in several roles of responsibility, most recently as head of carparking.
