Dalton man allegedly failed to provide a specimen to police

A DALTON man is due to appear in court this morning after being accused of failing to provide a specimen after being stopped when driving.
Peter Stevens, of Baker Close, allegedly failed to provide a specimen of blood without reasonable excuse when driving in Barrow on May 2. The 50-year-old is due to appear at Barrow Magistrates this morning.
