Isabel Koyama and D.L. Davis Milwaukee Journal Sentinel The Dane County Fair on Saturday announced changes to its admission policies following disturbances involving crowds of juveniles. JT Cestkowski, spokesperson for the fair, said on Saturday and Sunday everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to gain admission, and the fair will close at 7 p.m. These changes were made after consultation with event security, the Dane County Sheriff's Office and Alliant Energy Center administrators. "The Alliant Energy Center is taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety of the public as events return to the facilities," Cestkowski said in a news release.
