NAGA CITY (PIA) -- Marylyn L. Bono, 47 years old and a resident of Brgy. Kinahulogan, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur is one of the recipients of the Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). She received the title of ownership on April 16, on behalf of her deceased husband who dreamt of owning the land they tilled and nurtured for so long. She extended her gratitude to DAR for turning her husband’s dream into reality. “This year, we are so blessed to receive this CLOA. Even though my husband is no longer alive, he has left us a piece of land that will greatly benefit our family," Marlyn emotionally narrated.
