DBM releases over P455M for RCEP implementation from January

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) released P455.58 million for the implementation of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Program (RCEP) during the first quarter of 2024, DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said.
