DC flags off cycle rally DC flags off cycle rally Excelsior Sports Correspondent DODA, Aug 4: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma flagged off a cycle rally to promote fitness among youth under ‘Fit Doda Movement’ at Sports Stadium, here today. The cycle rally was organised by District Youth Services and Sports Officer Doda, Jaffar Haider Sheikh on the instructions of Director Youth Services and Sports, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat wherein about 225 participants from various Government as well as private educational institutions of Zone Doda and Ghat participated. The cyclists covered the distance from Sports Stadium Doda to Mini Secretariat Doda and returned back at starting point by passing through various locations of the Doda.
