MEDIA COURTHOUSE â A Chester man entered an open guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver Monday for more than 1,000 bags worth of heroin that police removed from a residence on the 1100 block of Walnut Street last year. Carlos Ojeda-Cortes, 35, is scheduled for sentencing before  Common Pleas Court Judge G. Michael Green March 10. He faces up to 15 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. Members of Chesterâs Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the Walnut Street residence with help from Delaware County Drug Task Force Officers Sept. 5, 2019, according to an affidavit of probable cause written by Chester Officer Marc Barag.
