(Photo by Jansen Romero / FILE PHOTO / MANILA BULLETIN) The Teachers’ Dignity Coalition (TDC), a 30,000-strong group, asked this of DepEd after the it has directed a “profiling” of the group’s members – along with another teachers’ organization, the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) – over the weekend. “Instead of asking the field officials to get the details of teachers affiliated with TDC or ACT, the DepEd could make a more relevant profiling – survey the teachers infected with COVID-19 and provide them the necessary assistance,” TDC National Chairperson Benjo Basas said.
