Despite economic challenges, small and midsize companies are in an upbeat mood, CBIZ finds

The Independence-based business services firm's Main Street Index for the second quarter showed 64% of respondents describe themselves as optimistic about the future. Confidence has slipped a bit, though, from earlier this year.
