read this waiver that b.p. attorneys were trying to get fishermen to sign. these are fishermen volunteering to try to help clean up the mess created by b.p.'s oil, and basically it would stop them from being -- you know, if they got injured while helping in the clean-up, it would stop from being able to hold b.p. liable. b.p. has walked back and said this is just a misstep. this is just kind of standard boilerplate we always hand out. but these waivers were specifically written nor oil spill. >> this is an interesting scenario. the statement by the b.p. bosses prepared bier their lawyers, the bosses said they had no personal knowledge about this waiver. they weren't denying that the waiver existed, but they were saying they had no personal knowledge. so were there rogue employee, so to speak, handing these out? they did not say in their statement. but we do know that it's implicit in the statement by the b.p. bosses that they did not like this to begin with. is that true? well, we don't know the answer
