Facebook Share After spending months battling obstacles created by the COVID-19 pandemic, a new jazz lounge is finally set to open this summer in Springfield. Dewey’s Jazz Lounge, located at 232 Worthington St., formerly The Fat Cat Bar & Grill, is set to open on June 12. “The concept of the lounge was created from a true love of music, passion for exceptional food & drink, and a desire to unite community members,” the owners said in a statement. “More than just a restaurant, Dewey’s will be a vibrant space where everyone feels welcome to come listen to talented musicians and enjoy food & drink, delivered with a superior level of hospitality and quality.”
