This, even as current challenges place more demands on leaders. In its latest forecast study by global leadership firm DDI (along with The Josh Bersin Academy), 37% of HR professionals in India rate their leaders as 'high quality'. The number has dropped consistently from 41% in 2014 to 38% in 2017-18. Ten years ago, this number was at the same level as in the current study, that is, 37%.
