There's hardly anything you could put on top of fries that I wouldn't eat. Whether it's sweet or savory, they're only going to make crispy, fried potatoes better. But leave it to Disney to discover the most delicious, over-the-top way to better French fries.
The Epcot Festival of the Arts is going on right now at Disney World and there's a whole lot of deliciousness on the menu, the top of which is this Lobster Poutine. We first saw this dish thanks to some glorious photos from Disney Food Blog since they were lucky enough to try it for themselves. The dish is made with fries topped with lobster, lobster bisque cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños, and citrus cream, for a creation that looks like forkfuls of heaven.
