April 07, 2021 ONLY 51 percent of medical frontliners in Central Visayas had been inoculated with Covid-19 vaccine as of Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Dr. Mary Jean Loreche, Department of Health (DOH) 7 spokesperson, said that of the 131,781 medical frontliners qualified to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, only 67,662 of them were inoculated. This is only 51.3 percent of the total eligible medical workers enlisted. Vaccinated On Tuesday, April 6, the DOH 7 vaccinated 2,414 medical workers. Of 67,662 medical workers inoculated, 2,610 have received the second doses, or 3.9 percent. Of the 2,610 workers who received their second doses, 213 are from Bohol, 160 from Negros Oriental, 1,782 from Cebu City, 69 from Lapu-Lapu City, and 386 from Mandaue City.
