(WCSC) - Two Lowcountry school districts are making plans for in-person instruction in the coming weeks. The Georgetown County School District posted on its Facebook page that all of its schools would return to a hybrid model on Jan. 25. Middle and high schools will remain in the hybrid model until further notice. But, one week later, on Feb. 1, students in elementary and intermediate schools will switch to Hybrid Plus, meaning students will attend class in-person four days a week instead of the current two.
