BUKIT MERTAJAM: The Penang Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) issued an immediate stoppage notice on the loading and unloading of hollow pipes at a factory in Simpang Ampat, near here after a lorry driver was crushed to death by falling pipes.
