Driver & passenger facing total of 14 drug-related charges after collision on Highway 69 SHARE ON: Two men are facing a slew of drug-related charges after a Highway 69 truck-collision earlier this week. On Tuesday several OPP units and emergency services responded to a collision involving a car and a commercial vehicle, on Highway 69 in Archipelago Township. The car’s driver and passenger were then transported by ambulance to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries and the commercial vehicle’s driver was not injured. During the investigation, officers from the OPP’s West Parry Sound Detachment seized approximately $115,000 of drugs. As a result, police arrested both the driver, a 43 year old male from Etobicoke, and the passenger, a 25 year old male from Sables – Spanish River Township and charged them with a toal of 14 drug-related charges.
