Published on: Saturday, May 08, 2021 By: Bernama Text Size: Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) has digitalised their Regulatory Notification Submission process with the launch of the ‘Digital Regulatory Notification’ (DRN) Friday. DRN is aimed at improving the efficiency of rule-making process and supporting Good Regulatory Practice, in line with the government’s ongoing digitalisation initiatives that will bring further positive impact to the productivity and competitiveness of the country. MPC director-general Datuk Abdul Latif Abu Seman said that the move is imperative to help regulators comply with the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) requirements when developing or amending regulations.
