Bridgetown – The Barbados-based Caribbean Climate Outlook Forum (CariCOF) says though the majority of the Caribbean region experienced above normal rainfall in June, drought conditions are emerging in some parts of the Caribbean, particularly in The Bahamas, and parts of the eastern Caribbean.
