Drug task force arrest Bad Axe man for meth trafficking FacebookTwitterEmail A 35-year-old Bad Axe man was arrested April 30 by the Huron County Drug Task Force and was charged with selling methamphetamine. According to a press release from the Huron County Sheriff's Office, Daniel C. Church was charged with three felonies related to the sale and trafficking of meth. Sheriff Kelly Hanson said in the release that Church was arrested at a residence on West Huron Avenue in Bad Axe, and his arrest was the result of an extended investigation into the sale of meth. Church was initially lodged in the Huron County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond, but the bond was raised to $75,000 during his arraignment.
