Dryden Hospital Calls Code Grey Due To Air Quality

Dryden Regional Health Centre/CKDR Files
Due to ongoing forest fire smoke in the region, the Dryden Regional Health Centre has called a Code Grey – Partial Air Exclusion.
This means the hospital is taking measures to minimize outside air from entering their facilities such as closing intakes, closing windows and door openings, and minimizing entry and exit from the building as much as possible.
As this is a partial air exclusion, access to the building is not restricted but the DRHC says they are prepared to ramp up measures to a Full Air Exclusion if conditions get worse.
The public is asked to avoid any unnecessary visits to the hospital at this time.
