DRYDEN — A Dryden police officer has been awarded a 20-year Exemplary Service Medal. Detective Sgt. Janet Kaus of the Dryden Police Service was issued the medal by police chief Douglas A. Palson, according to a news release. The award is issued by the Governor General of Canada to officers who have 20 years of service with one or more recognized Canadian Police Services.
