Duluth Workforce and SOAR Career Solutions are holding its third round of online IT support specialist training class due to its strong popularity. The class is free, but there are only 20 slots open for people interested in signing up. The class helps those who are interested in getting into the IT profession by learning about computer user support, customer service skills, writing for end users, common support problems, trouble shooting skills, and more.
