Duluth housing projects to receive more than $30 million sho

The city of Duluth was unusually successful in garnering state support for affordable housing projects this year.

Duluth Mayor Emily Larson hailed the news Thursday that five local housing projects would receive crucial state support, saying: "It just feels so good to finally have a piece of good news in the dumpster fire that has been 2020."
