Duluth Libraries and Other City Buildings Set Reopening Dates It's just another sign that things are getting back to normal. The Main Duluth Public Library and the City of Duluth announced that several buildings will be reopening over the next couple of weeks as state and local restrictions are lifted and life tries to get back to pre-pandemic norms. All Duluth public buildings were closed on March 17th, 2020, so it will be more than a year that these buildings have been closed. Starting June 1st, City Hall, the Public Safety Building, Comfort Systems, and the Mt. Royal and West Duluth Branch Libraries will again reopen to the public.
