Dunfermline's Dander Inn to be converted into a house

Lisa Moncur wants to convert the old Dander Inn and the flat above into one house.
The pub, at 108-110 Rumblingwell, closed around six years ago and has now fallen into disrepair.
A planning statement on behalf of Ms Moncur said: "The interior of the ground floor was a pub but is now in a broken and derelict state, the entire pub (non-load-bearing walls, units, sanitaryware and fixtures) have been removed by others. Only the load-bearing posts and stone walls remain.
"The property was purchased by our client in this derelict state.
"She has employed a structural engineer to allow her to stabilise the property on a temporary basis and has altered two supporting posts at their heads and their footings."
