9 & 10 News April 20, 2021 A Durand man is in jail after Michigan State Police say he was driving while under the influence. A trooper pulled over Robert Weir last Saturday for improper lane use on I-75 near Bagley Township in Otsego County. The trooper says Weir was showing signs of being intoxicated and didn’t have a valid license. Weir was arrested, and the trooper found what’s believed to be a bottle of oxycodone. This is Weir’s third offense. He’s due back in court at the end of April
