Premium Content Subscriber only A Mackay man with âsubstantialâ criminal history will be punished for breaching bail conditions after getting kicked out of a domestic violence program. Acting Magistrate John Aberdeen said âsomething had to be doneâ about Daniel Erich Recker who faced Mackay Magistrates Court on Monday. The court heard Recker was sentenced to 12 months probation in April last year after pleading guilty to common assault domestic violence and aggravated contravention of a domestic violence order. But on March 8 this year, he contravened the bail conditions by failing to complete the mandatory United Care domestic violence program or seeking counselling.
