Ed Augustus sees housing in Lowell's future

LOWELL — State Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities Secretary Ed Augustus took a tour of in-process and pre-development housing projects that will add nearly 300 new units to the city’s housing stock within a quarter-mile area around City Hall.
